The Lab: Sprint is an intensive one-day program designed to empower schools with the tools and mindset to navigate the complexities of educating in the modern world.
This transformative experience incorporates innovationXdesign principles, world-class processes, strategies and tools tailored to the unique context of Victorian Independent schools.
In this condensed yet impactful program, school teams of 4–6 members will:
- explore a challenge of their choice
- develop and test a prototype, and
- refine and evolve an initiative to bring about positive change within their own educational setting.

The Lab was developed by ISV in collaboration with global thought leaders Dr Heidi Hayes Jacobs and Dr Marie Hubley Alcock – authors of Bold Moves for Schools: How We Create Remarkable Learning Environments.
Although Heidi and Marie are unable to join us for The Lab: Sprint Thursday 6 June, this session will be facilitated by Will Hanley, Innovation & Learning Leader at ISV.
