Principalship requires knowledge, courage and wisdom across an unprecedented range of disciplines – from governance, compliance and risk, learning and wellbeing, to data analysis, literacy and procurement.
As part of ISV’s commitment to developing leadership capacity within our Member Schools, new leaders are invited to join our New Principals Accelerator 2024*.
This dynamic leadership development program aims to support new principals to:
- Advance your leadership development
- Expand your network and share ideas about your school context
- Explore current trends and challenges for school improvement
- Build wellbeing and resilience for you and your staff
- Develop an ongoing and supportive relationship with ISV.
ISV has been running leadership development programs for new principals for 18 years. The New Principals Accelerator has been developed in partnership with current principals, recently retired school leaders and respected education professionals.
