Build skills that support lasting change

The Resilient Educator Partnership (REP) brings together professional learning, coaching and practical tools to help educators better understand and manage the demands of their work.

Designed for participation at a whole-school level, the program gives colleagues the opportunity to learn together, apply new strategies and develop a shared approach to wellbeing.

REP combines flexible digital learning with workshops, webinars, coaching and evidence-based assessments, allowing participants to put their learning into practice throughout the year.

What's involved?

Digital learning
  • 4 self-paced certified courses
  • More than 40 hours of learning delivered through Canvas LMS.
Workshops and webinars
  • 2 full-day workshops and 3 webinars
  • Opportunities to deepen learning, share experiences and put strategies into practice.
Coaching
  • 2 individual coaching sessions and 3 group sessions
  • Personalised support with an ICF-accredited coach, delivered via Zoom.
Collaboration portal
  • Resources, reflection and progress tracking
  • A dedicated online space for sharing resources, recording reflections and monitoring impact.
Resilience assessments
  • 3 assessments per year
  • Evidence-based assessments measuring 50 factors to help track individual and team development.
Mental Health First Aid
  • 2-day certification
  • 12 hours of training resulting in a three-year Mental Health First Aid qualification.

How does the program work?

REP is designed to provide substantial professional learning while minimising time away from school.

Participants complete online courses independently, supported by scheduled opportunities to connect with others through workshops, webinars and coaching.

Dates and registrations for in-person workshops, webinars and coaching sessions will be available through the REP learning platform.

Fees

REP has been heavily subsidised through a grant secured by ISV for its members.

ISV Member Fee: $300

The fee covers the complete program, including digital learning, certifications, workshops, coaching and assessments.

Non-member Fee: $4,017

Regional travel subsidy

A $300 travel subsidy is available to participants from regional schools for each occasion they are required to travel to ISV.
